Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American actress and musician. She is well-known for her theatre work and for her performance as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has been born in the United States and has a Dutch origin she is an American actress and performer best known for regular roles on the TV show That's So Raven. The show featured her in 14 projects, which included TV shows and short films. Her musical performances were featured for more than fifteen TV series.
